I care about your privacy and am committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure.

What information do I collect?

 I may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you choose to share when you:

• Fill in a contact form
• Book a session
• Email or message me directly

I keep brief notes of our session(s) along with next of kin/medical professional’s details. If I have a concern you are at risk then I may need to contact your next of kin or medical professional. In this case, I will endeavour to let you know. 

How do I use your information?

I use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiries
• Arrange and manage your bookings
• Send you information you’ve requested

I will never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. I only share data if required by law or if it’s needed to provide you with my services (e.g. secure booking/payment systems).

How is your information stored?

I keep your data on my p.c. which has both password protection and security software. Your phone number may be kept in my business mobile phone which only I have access to.  Your information is kept securely and only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you
• Ask me to correct or delete your information
• Withdraw your consent at any time
